Calvary is currently in the process of getting contracted with major insurance companies. Currently, we accept CareSource, Molina, and Anthem.

If you are interested in cash pay (no insurance) our session rates are 125 dollars an hour. We have a limited number of sliding scale spots for those who have lower incomes that we can work with you to afford therapy. Please give us a call today for more information!
